Due to COVID-19 disruptions, packages may take longer to arrive at their destination. I can ensure customers that sanitary practices are respected and obliged during the creation and packaging process.

1:ORDERS
Every order is packaged with dried lavender to help protect the sacred energy of your craft. The benefits of lavender are extensive! When you open your package and smell the lavender, it will help to facilitate the healing and wellness intentions in your home. Inside your package you will also find a step by step guide to cleansing your new craft. A prayer/mantra is included in this guide for you to speak aloud. Welcoming this healing energy into your home can be a beautiful meditation experience to conduct the change you desire.

I hope to empower and uplift your spirits, so that you may continue in a positive path to wellbeing. 2:SHIPPING
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Pre-made crafts are an estimated 2-5 days. Shipping for custom orders will vary depending on size and scale of project. For more details on your order, please fill out the contact form.

Canada: 2-7 business days
United States: 5-10 business days
Europe: 4-12 weeks

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

4:RETURNS
I accept returns and cancellations:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 6 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
